I remember way back when you could find just about anything in caves, including a .233 Pistol, before it was even craftable, that may still be the case, and it may not, but occasionally you may find useful shit in caves. Like green condoms to give to that guy in Adytum. If there was a .233 pistol there may be chance of an antidote.

Gm then could make it craftable with like 250% doctor and a lot of stuff so it would be worth about 50k

I doubt GMs care about money and I doubt anyone has it because if what GMs say is true, it is not spawn-able.

no, from what GM's say is that it isn't gonna be spawned, and I for one fully agree with the GMs on this, if you want to use the best drugs in the game you have the forced right to remain hooked, forever. Checked my NCR army character, just for LoLs and found 5 jet antidotes in the military base, deleted him though, with the antidotes.
