Question And Suggestion....More energy weapons

Implement Turbo Plasma Rifles......why are they not in the game? So far there are: Avenger-Miniguns and Vidicator Miniguns, Gauss Pistols, Gatling Lasers, Lsw's all the power weps for other builds but no Turbo Plasmas or YK42B Pulse Rifles/Pistols... Even if they were put in as a special encounter weapon that would be fine...at the the moment it feels like us poor energy users are being left out of the power stuggle between SG snipes and BG bursters...

actually, i'd prefer if there was an easier to craft ammo for the laser rifle, maybe some form of large energy cell, stats could be +45% DR, 1/1 damage modifier. would make laser rifles useful outside of xp farming and TC.
Crafting requirements could be:
2 metal parts
1 alloy
1 chemical component
4 electronic parts
for a set of 25-50 charges
I mean, those weapons are hardly ever used by hunters and such, being high end weapons, but i'd really like an alternative ammo, for the energy weapons, maybe also make some sort of special micro fission cell, for the pistols?

Well, Id just remove energy weapons skill from game and assign those guns to SG/BG depending on size. That'd give game some more flexibility, and with pulse pistol crafting enabled could make new class, Pulse-spammer.
I feel that SG lacks some high base-damage stuff while BG could have use from aiming too.

SG: That would make all snipers use it, sorry, everyone at closer range
