The New LegionHello everyone, I'm not widely known on the English speaking part of Fonline community, so let me start with few words about myself.
My name is Rimak Nort and I am one of the former leaders of powerful Anti PK organization Army of the North (AoN), that has been created long ago on the 2OBT. For a long time we've been paying on the TLA server, but recently moved to 2238. Also i quit the AoN and started to create a concept for new organization - The New Legion (i didn't find any information that faction name is taken, so if it is, then probably we'll change the name, but officially stay as a Legion)
So without further words let me introduce you to organization:
The New Legion is neither from the factions you've probably seen in fonline.
We are planing to build Long-term, solid group of players that likes the aspects of role-play and/or PvP by putting progressive ideas to work.
The legion is separated into families, each family has their own unique objectives and game style, so it is a lot to choose from.
The great objective of TNL is to get maximum of Fonline experience in all aspects of the game. You can choose to enter one of the families, or if you have a brilliant concept how you see Fonline - create your own. Basically we'll give opportunity to players to put their imagination and skills to work.
The current goal: recruitment of active crew http://legion.forum2x2.comGlobal objective: Creating a strong, stable organization, to build their community and the revival of the Roman canon of the statute (in current situation).
Objectives:
-Collecting the initial composition 5 people.-Collection of active 10 people.-Recreation of culture-Construction of infrastructure-Building relationships

- Rationality
1. Background
The idea has arisen during my tenure as adviser to the Army of the North, I carefully searched the weaknesses in the management of personnel, interaction schemes and so on. In the end, a few months emerged a much more efficient management system than in AoN at the time, some changes have been made for the AoN, but the global changes did not happen. The idea has remained an idea, but I started another aspect of development - training and recruitment of novices, and it must be said has been found highly effective way of learning, allowing for short periods out of green noob make the average soldier, and again in the AoN system it was put to work only partially. This brought me to the idea that stands to make new organization, where opportunities will be fully implemented. The transition to 2238 put things in their places. It was an excellent opportunity to get away from being constantly in the Army of the North, and finally turn to the development of new organization. It took some time to get used to 2238 and understand the basic mechanics, but now it is very easy to operate them.
2.Structure
In many ways, the structure of the Legion is relative of the Army of the North, improved and refined.
Dictator - Nominated by the Senate at the time of special needs, has absolute power to the organization. A good example is when organization falls apart because of poor management and decision-making is delayed, etc. In this case, the Senate may declare a state of emergency and appoint a dictator for a quick resolving and fast decision-making. After the dictator has stabilized the situation the Senate elects new consulsl.
The dictator may change the composition of the Senate.
Consuls - There are 2 positions, the consul for the religion and culture and the consul for military affairs. Each of them has the power to change anything in the organization, according to their positions, respectively, they do not crawl into the affairs of each other. Consuls are elected by the Senate. Consuls can change the composition of Senate, if both agree.
Senate - is the main deliberative organ. The Senate is 2 / 3 "families" of the Legion. The Senate shall appoint consuls or ,during emergency, dictator. Composition of the Senate is determined by the Consuls, which determine which of the families will be presented in the Senate.
Family - Key distribution unit of the Legion. Here comes the versatility of this organization, that was impossible to create in the AoN. Every family has a "father" founder, who is the manager of this family, it determines what will his family look like and what their actions will be . Let me remind you that the board consists of only 2 / 3 of all families. However, despite the versatility of families they are in the same organization and if needed will fight together. More families appear when a particular merit of one man, it is likely that the consuls would notice him and he will get the opportunity to create his own family.
3.Military
As I have said in different families Legion can do different things. I believe that the combat experience and military glory is not reached at the forum, but in the game, directly participating in combats, and therefore my opinion that men should fight, but it will be very dependent on the consul of military affairs. The Legion will have a Teal-list with those who are respective to us.
4.Religion and Culture
Army North had a very strong disadvantage is the limited ability of the RP. Role playing in Legion will be easy and light if you don't want it, or you could go in it and get really cool emotions out of inside and outside game. main thins of RP are Religion, Politics, Diplomacy, Trading, Intrigues.
Ceremonies and drawings will also have a weight in the Legion. So even if you come to the Fonline, not only fight, but also to do some peaceful role then this is the opportunity. Consul if culture is the curator of all RP processes.
Since each family will have its own resources, trade between the families will be more than relevant.
5.Basic activities
As I said before I want to do a big, long-term and stable organization that will notl die from internal disputes, boredom, or like. Therefore, the main activity for the Legion it would be war and the development of culture and religion. Also liked the idea to make our own city, the "New Rome" it will give some interest to development.
6. Summary
The bottom line is that each decides for yourself what he wants from organization.
