With cha=1, u cant bring people into the base right..... so if u are a snitch or traitor, u cant lead a group to raid their base...... darn peeps I am new here and u guys still dont get it.

A traitor can get a crew to the base with magnetic personality, mentats, someone else leading the traitors coordinates and then giving him control so he can spawn in, greenhorn.
