i wanted to know if its possible to get a perk when you boost ur stats., i.e having 5 ST as base and you want to take Stonewall (which requires 6 ST).. then you consume 1 jet to boost the ST to 6 just before being lvl 3.... if i do that.. will the perk be available to choose from the list?

Boosting your stat with drugs won't let you get the Perk.

is it the same for skill points, if i take a mentat and level up will i get more skill points?
i have 10 intellegence, will it let me get 29 skill points since +2 intellgence, and one intellgence = 2 skill points

what about for taking professions? if i had 5 strength, and took buffout, for 7 strength, would it allow me to take armorer 3 afterwards?

if its for profession then yes, you can boots your stats in order to get profession, lots of people use this method
