Only with the choices you make outside of your daily life can your time's events be changed.  Along with other's.

And that is every second of the day.

I'm saying that if I had stayed I would have more than likely done something different between then and now causing me to possibly not get the second one :P.

He was playing as "139" and now "149", but are you asking that because only one special encounter per character, like if your character got a special encounter, you can't get that special encounter again?

Tbh I think they are trying to implement the gauss pistol in the game through one special encounter each. Imagine: 400 players = 400 gauss pistols.  But then again what about keeping up with the ammo?
