Radio comunication while radio in inventory

Yes and yes, my IRC will only be free for another week. I'd prefer to use a radio in-game instead of switching between programs (which tends to cause client crashes, yes?)

Radios used in combat should use 2aps per msg, including distress calls.

Distress calls are used while almost dead. So you don't have any AP
