instructor always busy

i came to the  Small Guns instructor Boyce at Junktown.
all requirements are meet the problem is that he always busy, why ?

he got killed by a player, and then saw that player again, but didn't catcht him/her, so he's busy because the game registers him as chasing a person.

mor:
so.... what should i do, come back in X time or ?

Solar:
request help from a GM, they can kill him, then revive him and he will be available to talk again.

mor:
sorry but how do i do that?
