Hotkeylist expansion

It's a very small suggestion, but how about adding '+requesthelp' and '~deleteself' to the ingame hotkeylist?  :)

Also add: ~cuttheveins

Wipe:
+requesthelp and ~deleteself are rarely used, not worth a hotkey IMHO. But ~cuttheveins can be good for players who like to die in northern cities.

I think he means on the F1 list of commands... to which I agree heartilly

Right, I mean the list which you acces with F1.
