Guarded HQ Mine?!

The past few times (about 5 - 6 times) that I have gone to HQ mines (Redding, Gecko, Broken Hills) to extract HQ Minerals and HQ Ore I have been killed by PKers either on my way into/out of the mine or on my way out of the Town.

It gets frustrating going through all the effort to get the materials neccessary to craft a Sledgehammer, make my way through TONS of random encounters to get to the HQ mines, extract HQ Minerals/Ore which gets my Cooldown upto 27 Minutes (thats a LONG wait), then as I'm off out of the mine to go and craft something... BOOM! suddenly some PKer's splattering my guts all over the place.

I'd like to suggest that you make one of these HQ mines a guarded mine (or perhaps even open a new mine?), it would help out alot of the lower level players that wish to mine without having to get all worried when they see another player around the area.

It's so OBVIOUS that those mine are made unguarded on purpose and there is no other way to obtain HQ materials.
Lower level players dont need High Tier weapons because only thing they do is pif paf with a mauser on scorpion.

Im only a low level (High Science & Repair Skill) and I use HQ mines as much as possible, but its ruined by the fact that High Level PKers can just camp inside/outside of the mine and wait untill you have mined HQ Minerals/Ore then they kill & loot you...

There is no downside to having a guarded HQ mine...

There is one downside - unlimited amount of HQ in game maybe ?

How so? The Cooldown will still be the same amount of time (which is rather long BTW) the only difference is that instead of PKers/Gangs hoarding all the HQ Minerals/Ore to themselves, it will be more easily available to everyone (which is just fine because you still need high Science Skill to put the HQ Minerals/Ore to good use anyway).
