Sneak penalties?

Sharpshooter:
Hi, I am making a stealthy build, and on the wiki it states that most armors have sneak penalties. This is from the wiki, so it may be incorrect and I was wondering if anyone could confirm or dismiss that leather jackets, combat leathers jackets and robes do not have a penalty for sneak as it makes no mention of them. Thanks in advance.
