Hotkeylist expansion

It's a very small suggestion, but how about adding '+requesthelp' and '~deleteself' to the ingame hotkeylist?  :)

+requesthelp and ~deleteself are rarely used, not worth a hotkey IMHO. But ~cuttheveins can be good for players who like to die in northern cities.
