Improvement in unarmed & melee skills

Since everyone is carrying guns & bullets, melee & unarmed skills are pretty useless since the player most likely won't have the chance to reach the opponent and hit before getting bursted to death :)
This could maybe be prevented by making unarmed/melee affect your hit points, chance to being knocked down or AC when either of those skills are tagged, so people would be able to use them in PvP.
I think this would also make sense because someone with good hth combat ability would be more dodgy, fit and tough.
