Since everyone is carrying guns & bullets, melee & unarmed skills are pretty useless since the player most likely won't have the chance to reach the opponent and hit before getting bursted to death
This could maybe be prevented by making unarmed/melee affect your hit points, chance to being knocked down or AC when either of those skills are tagged, so people would be able to use them in PvP.
I think this would also make sense because someone with good hth combat ability would be more dodgy, fit and tough.

just so you know, there's a huge thread of suggestions arond this, there have been many arguments about whether or not to implement the running to target.
