For what they are, they seem overly tough.

They are easy to insta-kill, I never got so much insta kills like on endless walkers, just shoot thier eyes, only once I did 2 shots for insta-kill, usually it's 1, and then 2nd to kill his laying body. So 2-3 .44 FMJ bullets is enough to kill endless walker.

I saw it at first and i road "endless walker" then i thought probably it doesn't mean "walking", must be something metaphoric. maybe a cursed immortal creature like a zombie that's why they call it "endless walker". i burst it, then i burst it again till it bursts me with his fists. now everythıng is clear for me.
