Increase in minimum dmg of some melee weapons.

Better crits is an option for HtH, you just make the right character to use it with, perhaps make a topic for this, but has it not been done already?

Hmm thanks a lot for the tip bob, i was just dreaming of combining mercs and melee, also because i loved melee power in fallout 2. Was so fun
to whack someone with super sledge and see them fly. Guess crits are only way to truly be successful with low tier melee weaps,
as in pure power the minimum dmg you cause is absolutely horrendous.

 What i was aiming for is having 3 mercs combined with hard hitting melee with rapid whacking ability, basically it would mean only torso hits...but
with 6 ripper attacks or 4 super sledge hits per turn. Thought that it would be nice combined with the mercs, as the build could get near maximum
melee damage (only would miss one bonus hth dmg perk from max) and 3 mercs with still enough IN to get 95% torso hit, good FA and half decent outdoorsman.

I guess the build would still be viable but its dependant on high end weapons, so ill try out making a crit based melee build to use untill i have more funding
to test around a bit, do you recommend going for better criticals or can i safely gimp my PE ? because trying to fit 6 PE into melee build seems hard so far.
