Ghouls

Aricvomit:

case and point, see the eye? yeah only one, and its been mutated over on top of being gone, oh and what about ears?? yeah they're gone.

"All ghouls live longer than normal humans. The reason for this longevity has to do with differences on the cellular level, and the ability of ghoul DNA to regenerate at a rate unmatched by normal human nucleic acids. Ocassionally, in a ghoul, additional genetic material is added as a result of the mutation[3]. The unnaturally long lifespan of a ghoul is also due to a mutation within the autonomic nervous system of certain individuals following exposure to specific combinations of ionizing radiation with wavelengths below 10 picometers. Radiation that has such a short wavelength, less than 10 picometers, is known as gamma radiation and is normally lethal to healthy humans in even moderate doses. The mutation in response to gamma radiation that produces ghouls disrupts the normal process of decay in the neurotransmitters along the spinal cord."

so basically everything outwards is fucked and their system keeps some of their insides from degenerating, but its apparent eye balls suffer the rath of necrosis.

telepathic abilities maybe? or maybe they're skilled in Zen shooting, you gotta go something when nobody i looking, and playing with yourself if you're a ghoul may get messy, and not in a good way.

Surf:
There is no need to discuss this, as ghouls were pretty good snipers since the first Fallout game. ;)
That's no oversight. I can understand your anger about losing stuff at them, but they aren't just canon fodder or "Zombies".

Solar:
Ghoul Crazies have Pe 5

gordulan:
that can't be accurate, especially not that skill level of small guns, tested it out, they should have no chance whatsoever to hit a guy in CA from 30 hexes, but they just never miss....
