Wastelander Encounter - Never Happens To Me

Dumbass should've had at least two gun mercs to back the melee up at long range.... I swear Jose really likes to snipe with that 10mm smg of his.... Not bad crits either, he really likes popping out the eyes.

Theres nothing you can personally do in char creation to force this, if someone is having an encounter in a place where you get an encounter you will enter his. Zones where there are a high number of encounters are therefore where you are most likely to enter another encounter - and those zones are near NCR.

Since we were talking about outdoorsman skill, that means i was refering to it. And it's the same chance to encounter players, only that with high outdoorsman you have the option not to enter the encounter.

I just told you that i walked over an exact location for five minutes and still haven't enetered the encounter. Plus, my mates also called me to help them a few times in map areas (they had no radio, and we had to walk over the zone hoping that we will enter encounter), most of my friends entered, almost every time, except me.
People, this is not something about random, it'a a bug, c'mon. In that much time is imposibble not to enter in encounters if is not something wrong with the game. When i travel over the map with friends, and they lead the party, we always find a wastelander encounter. A friend of mine encountered three watelanders in half an hour last night and I haven't encounter one in three-four months of playing 6-12 hours per day? My cusin is playin also for a while and never happend to him either, so please stop with those answers, that it's random and it just didn't happend to me yet. This is a problem, is not something normal.
