Much of this game is so very difficult to do with the in-game drop down menus and all.  We need more keyboard shortcuts!

L - Look (Binoculars).  Shows name, description, and health of target (all, if applicable).  Makes it easier to check health when fighting multiple enemies or trying to heal people in-town.
U - Uses item in hand, or if that's unusable, shows the item screen.  Would make cleaning poop and farming trees alot easier.

that's just for starters, and the two most important I've run across.  Any other ideas?

That's what I thought, and maybe that's what they should do.
