Nevermind, I used the search function and found out the answer.. Time to pick up a copy of Fallout 2!

I think there is some wrong info in Instructors section of Armorer profession... there was missing instructor Simon from Scavengers camp, so I added him... but as level 1 Instructors there are Armstrong and Jenna, and I dont think, they are teaching lvl 1 Armorer... can anyone confirm?

anyone who teaches the second or third class can teach the lower ones as well

well then... it just looks kinda strange to me, that armorers have so much instructors... :)
