No - one page for all quests stands against all wiki standard in my opinion. Plus it'd be nightmare to maintain it. Single pages + categories + one page where it's all indexed, what could be possibly wrong with that.

you have to request the privelage to become a mod on the wiki, its doubtful unless you have alot to contribute.
