Since there is a lot of garbage there I have two suggestion about polish subforum:

1) disable posts counting for posts written there (it seems that some people write there only to have magical +1 to counter).
2) add more polish speaking moderators to it.

I suggest some polish moderators, cause some of people there REALLY deserve to be banned (I'm talking about racism, LOADS of curse words, turbo-trolling). As a matter of fact they dont really care about posts counter, more about whos gonna win the flame
