No more Perception requirement for Better Critical

Le sigh... So many flawed arguments that could be turned back around on you and shown the absurdity.

The statement "That stubborn thinking isn't doing any good" is an ad hominem is it not? I could say the exact same thing about you, as it is a statement so generic and bland that it fits in any situation when there are people opposing you.
If lowering the SPECIAL requirement for a perk or two would open up more build varieties was enough of a reason to do so, why not just remove all special requirement for perks entirely? It would maximize the amount of builds possible after all...

You don't extra damage in real life just because you "had a crit" The tie in to perception could seen as seeing an opponent's movement and position, and knowing where shoot to hit major organs to deal out that extra damage.

knowledge of anatomy would fall under doc skill not pe.
Jeoshua:
But that doesn't override my assertion that PE is about how well you understand your surroundings in general... NOT your vision specifically.

You need to have good eyesight to see the position your target is in at a great distance.

Yes but what does that have to do with what we are discussing?
