Rate my sniper/criticals char

This is my first time trying stuff, so what do you think about it?

Perks:
Lvl3: Awareness
Lvl6: more critical x1
Lvl9: Better criticals
Lvl12: Life giver
Lvl15: more critical x2
Lvl18: Gain PE
Lvl21: more critical x3 (is it actually working in game?)

I know that with 5 IN you can't take Sharpshooter, but it'll be easier to make -1 PE +1 IN and take sharpshooter instead of +1PE, +you can raise PE by cigs.

Bonus Rate of Fire (2 eye-shots) / Sharpshooter (56 hexes)

This sniper does 2 shots in the eyes but sees 50 hex only. This is a small problem in TC combats so it is possible to change BRoF to Sharpshooter. Without cheating you won't be able to do 2 shots in the eyes instantly. Aiming takes about 1-1,5 secs so this is enough to regain AP and make another eye-shot.
On the other side, it will be more difficult to farm Enclave or BH patrol with 1 eyeshot only.

P.S. This char also can live perfectly without Jet.

No it can't because you have 3 Strength. Druggie.

Red Bear:
In theory he'll get -40% skills for SG. He still can kill people when jet fall off.
Anyway, I don't believe in pvp chars without drugs so I won't argue with you about that.
