It's not, one of my BG chars has 4 ST and weapon handling. So far im new to the myth of weapon dropping when shooting, nothing like that ever happened to me... Anyway, i still stick with what i said. Sucks if you have 2 combat skills. But if you drop one of them, you'l have to remake the perks and probably stats abit.
