Possible Builds

Admiral Zombie:
I've been thinking lately, and to progress further I want to make sure I'm aware of all builds that are possible.

There are general builds, and there are the variations within them. For the most part the variations fall into 1 of 5 possibilities I figure.
-Crafter
-Doctor
-Tank
-Sneaker
-Pure (although generally "tanks" could be considered pure, i would think of tanks as double lifegiver, 8-10EN, and double toughness)


Small gun variants
-Burst Build
-Sniper

Big Guns
-Rocketry (Do people even specialize in this, or do they simply pick up a rocket launcher every now and then with the minigun build?)
-Burst

Thrower (Grenades are pretty much all you can do reasonably)
-Tanks/sneakers are the biggest variations you'll find i guess. Beyond that its only grenades

Energy guns
-I don't have much experience in this. I've always thought of energy as a jack of all trades type option since you have great pistols/sniper/and a minigun of sorts Although really I don't see much reason to choose it over the other possibilities.



So really, what else can someone go with? Its either bursting with small guns/big guns, sniping, or throwing, or is there something i'm missing? I realize theres melee/hth, but i don't see those as being at all reasonable in real time currently. When I think about it my choices for builds seem so limiting actually.

well, this are only basis builds. More information is part of people work, which I doubt they are gonna spread for free.

Kardia:
Well of course theres the slaver which is basically easily made into taxi also. Since you need to get into far away places to slave chances are you're gonna pick
pathfinder or 2. Which helps transfering people.

General builds are well known, the more specific details such as when to fill up skills, what SPECIAL layout, etc might be closely guarded secrets (ha! really anyone with a mind can figure out the optimal build for big guns i would think.)

Either way i'm just wondering if i'm forgetting any general theme build i'm forgetting. I'm not looking for the SPECIAL for a sniper, but simply for the idea of a "sniper" or "big gun burst" is what i'm wondering about.
