How do you change your name colour?

I've seen screenshots of peoples' players, and I notice many of them have that cool-looking blue colour.  I know you go to namecolorizing.txt.  I've tried entering my name and putting Namecool and ContourCool, then rebooting my game and typing in ~names.  Still nothing.  There must be something I am doing wrong?

#Note that "?" sign is using for "space". You can't write your nick like
