just a tip
at 200% sg you will have 95% hitchance on body with any sg weapon. So perhaps attempt to get near that if possible.
I believe you need less BG to get 95% with an avenger.

Pff, BG must be as much as possible, don't forget that it shoots more than 1 bullet and every next bullet has more and more penalty to hit.

Good that you fixed the 7 EN, but the build is still awkward and i'd never play a mutant like that. Why the 2 combat skills? 2 combat skills are stupid waste of skill points, badly placed stats and awful perk choice. You should choose to abandon one of them, BG i'd suggest unless you pro enough to play with it.

bg/sg can work if you are in a faction and get taxied around everywhere, weapon handling is crap imo you drop your gun all the time. Devs said its not a bug but it sure feels like one. Get rid of bloody mess and take something that actually helps. Also if you drop int down to 5 you can't have brof.

BG+EW on max with sniper build.
You are like EW-sniper but can sometimes do critical bursts with LSW, but the main reason of BGEW-sniper build is Bozar!

Since I'm a leader Good Natured will help out with healing party members, and since they'll be fighting most time, I don't REALLY need the extra combat points.

2 LCK cus im not a combat build but I don't wanna fail too often.

4 Strength cus it too is a burster.

9 charisma cus it'll be a leader char.

7 PE so I can command my forces decently well.



Perks I intend to take:
 Bonus Ranged Damage
 Bonus Rate of Fire
Awareness
Two LifeGivers
Living Anatomy
And magnetic Personality.



Any comments, suggestions?  Or should I simply post this as a different topic?

you can use guns without the accuracy loss, but you still drop your gun like a weakling.

If you say it because of that is a bad point, since you dropping a gun that you're capable of using without weapon handling...

Endurance matters for Weapon drops, Strength does not.
