Metal Armor crafting

Hello, after the wipe I see that there are literaly no people wearing armors (Yes I live in NCR) as opposed to what it was before wipe some months ago. I happen to be an armorer lvl 2 now and I happen to see the cause ... and I cant get it... seriously wtf? leather armor and leather armor mk2 are harder to make than metal armor mk 2...

 For leather armor mk2 you need to get golden gecko pelts from 1 area gecko - shit for you if you live anywhere else, for fiber you need to go around klamath (if you live near gecko, afiak - dont live there) and then to upgrade to leather armor mk 2 you need additional 2 skins, that is 6 golden gecko skins total for leather armor mk2.

Now for metal armor mk 2 you just need to go to hq mine and hit 3 times and done, you gathered materials for a better armor with less effort! Nicely done! I see the intention of devs to power up the people who are keen on pvp pk battles and depreciate the loners. But seriously Metal Armor when you put in on looks a bit scrappy, its not perfect, yet now it demands 4 good metal parts, I concur - scrappy look scrappy materials - I believe the intent behind this was the science requirement for armorer to mine it, ok you could change that and have a requirement of 80% science for MA craft but for goods sake, the change was bad, Id like to see MA recipe more sophisticated (20MP + 3Alloy + 5flint) thats an effort comparable to as the leather armor now or whatever, I just dont like the idea that now all of a sudden the discrepancy between better organised players and casual players have increased so much.

I propose MA to be available to be crafted with simple minerals not hq and MA mk2 to be enhanced by Good Metal Parts. For some people theres no choice as to wear shitty Combat leather jacket or Leather Armor mk 2...

There is many places to get golden gecko pelts, also fibers can be found almost anywhere.

Ok, but wont you agree that one element 4hq iron ore - 20 mins 4hits with a hammer is easier than going across the map for 6 golden gecko fibers and gecko pelt and 2 fibers? The MA recipe is just too plain ...

It's not that easy to get HQ Ore.

first of all i have no problem at all to make leather armor mk2 or combat jackets they are easy, but i have to agree that metal armor recipe is too easy now, you can craft every metal mk2 in 7 minutes, that is totally not right.
