how can i get IRC?

well,to play my games online i had to instal a lot of stuff:
started whit yahoo mess(all the kids had)
to join a clan i Call of Juarez i downloadet x-fire
to play Fallout Tactics online i downloaded gameranger
to play theif 2 online,i have hamachi
to talk whit faction members i took Skype
now i whant to take IRC for Fallout online,andy help,please

2. Join Network: irc.forestnet.org
3. Type /Join #2238
