Add the "Scoped" perk to the Sniper Rifle...

The Dev closed it because it wasn't a bug, but I agree we should bring it up for the sake that a sniper rifle should just be as accurate as a junky hunting rifle with a scope on it, but it isn't.

Also you might want to quote yourself again on how with a Scoped Hunting rifle you can get better accuracy at 40 hexes than with a Sniper Rifle at 40 hexes. I agree Sniper should be more accurate too (or at least as accurate as Scoped Hunting Rifle at long distances).

"I can confirm the original post. At 40 hexes the sniper rifle has a lower hit chance than a scoped hunting rifle, which makes no sense.

I have to agree the hunt rifle being more accurate than sniper rifle is ludicrous.
