I played F1 and F2 so much during my high school years that I used to skip entire school months just to play; however, it also inspired me to get into computers and programming (I am now a computer engineer).  Although I'm currently working on my PhD in biomedical engineering, I have never lost my love for Fallout and even with the mainstream MMO's I have been unable to find a gaming experience quite like the original Fallouts.

Fast forward to approximately 20 minutes ago and you guys may have rekindled my interests in something that I thought I lost forever! I cannot wait to get home and dust off my copy of F2 to play this!

A few years ago I planned on trying to make a basic online game for just me and my friends using old school NES graphics.  But, now I realize that there's been this online game just WAITING for me. Do you guys have a need for another programmer? I'm actually more HW based but I would love to contribute to this project in my spare time.

A VERY demanding game and lovely to play once you know a bit how it works.
