Guards take all loot in guarded towns

I think if the guards in places like NCR made sure to loot ALL corpses, even loot from a player that got killed by another player. Make them attack anyone who tries to loot. This would stop the people who shoot you, get killed, and have a friend loot you. Call it payment for guarding the city.

edit:  allow people to loot the corpse only if they are the one who killed him. So you can still kill thieves.

ok,you shot at a theif,is not marked,and you lose all your stuff:FOREVER. If you'r stuff is token by a player,you can get it back:Theoretacly(if the person is good harthet)

Don't shoot at a thief that isn't marked. I know it sucks but if they aren't marked you didn't see him take it.  I read another post about marking thieves with a temporary tag so they can't steal when you know there are coming, otherwise such are thieves.

Ive held stuff for people that got bombed till they respawned and given it back, not everyone who plays this game is an asshole.
