To complete Pozzo's post, yeah, we don't spend all of our time in chasing every outlaw on every map, especially when we're guarding or taking a town.
Sometimes we patrol in unguarded areas like New Reno, Gecko mine,...
But we have too much work in Broken Hills to take care of all the Wasteland. Big Gangs and lonely raiders assault this town everyday, all the time, continuously.... It's a pain to defend it.

Good idea but we are not like our president, we don't do that for celebrity (we just want to be famous for our ennemies :D) and we don't expect gratitude. I use to do some actions to help noobs that people don't see : for example 1 hour ago I sold at the general store of BH some refined uranium ore for just 1 caps per 1 uranium. And this just to allow other players to buy it for cheap price (But now that I have told that I guess that bad guys will check the store every hour to buy this uranium :().
We choose Broken Hills because the town is near NCR and it is easier to encounter and help new players.

But Shangalar I'm not sure that as you said "But for every whiner, there are two players that thank you. " When we help people they just ignore us (when they are not trying to test our behavior). When we don't help people they insult us because we don't help.
You know that this game is a showcase of mankind stupidity and now I understand why Lexx wants to give up the job !

Hmm sometimes when I guarded a town I didn't shoot anyone not-green on my list, because guarding a town is usually boring and people who come across sometimes have something more or less interesting to say. In fact, usually I shoot only those who just instead of saying "Hello" are just running around like mad brahmins (no offense VSB  ;D) or don't want to cooperate. Also, I help them with doing a quest if I have my own business in it (for example, quests with Metzger or sth), well, sometimes they want to cheat me, so they are moved to respawn in a matter of seconds. Hmmm wait... so, I'm antiPK? ;D Can I join? ;D

Well, most of the time VSB is doing good job as antiPK, but you guys... have just to try harder.

Though I have to admit that when I was looking for a respawn closer to Klamath, on my new 1 lvl char with "Kilgore" in its name, and I entered BH knowing that it would be a good way to travel around the world map, you didn't kill me in first 30 seconds. yeah I was surprised, indeed.

In fact we don't like the name of Anti-PK but we use it for more clarity (but it doesn't seem to work in this way)
We don't all play the same way in our team. I try to help people coming in BH by giving informations or I give stuff or uranium. But I don't like tu hunt PKs everytime because this is endless job. I prefer to meet people and see life in the town. Some of my mates just don't care about helping other players, they just want to do a lot of PvP.
I think this is the same thing in your team. You play as a tough wastelander and I sometimes saw MSH helping noobs in NCR. But sometimes you come in towns to raid and kill and we don't do that so in our point of view you are the bad guys :D But this is just a game and if there were not bad guys the game would be boring. We don't blame people for killing other people because this is the game but we don't like when gangs kill every beginner in the wastes because that means that this beginner may quit the game forever.
Play as raiders ok but some stupid players just want to disgust other people to play on FOnline.
