Then she is the alt of a pker so what? Its already been stated that alts of pkers aren't safe either :P.
Besides if she didnt have any combat, what was she doing with minigun in hand and one in inventory? ;D
Obviously a barter alt if anything else.
By the way I just noticed you also said Fortress... Am I to guess you mean GunRunners? If so that is bullshit, I haven't been to GunRunner fortress for weeks, I found a much safer and reliable source of caps and ammo :P.

In california, they are three kind of people:

[*]Wastelanders.
[*]Outlaws.[/list]
Laywers decide who are Outlaw or not.
Wastelanders are welcome in town controled by Lawyers.
Outlaws were kill on sight.
So...
If you are a wastelander (refer to LCR), you're welcome in our town, but as you should know, wasteland is harch and Outlaws are everywhere... shit happen...
If you are an Outlaw (refer to LCR), we'll kill you on sight... if you support an Outlaw gang, we'll kill you on sight... if you are an outlaw with nothing exept your bleu suit... we kill you on sight...
Of course redemption exist for Outlaws, you just have to talk instead of shooting.
That's our Law. Nothing more, nothing less... and nothing about PK or not.
