New ammo for hunting riffle!

I remember seeing somewhere that the gun used to shoot .308 bullets, but was converted to .223. Maybe an implementation of .308 bullets would fix this?

It just doesn't make sense that you can craft the gun but not the ammo. If you're hunting the ghouls for their ammo, you might as well just take their guns too.

Either way, there needs to be a lower tier option for snipers. BB guns are nearly useless, we can't craft pipe rifles (but even if we could they'd be just as useless), and the only option we have at the first profession level, we can't make ammo for.

So either give us .223 ammo at SG lvl 1 or give the hunting rifle a different ammunition type. Either one makes me happy.

Hm, I've been thinking this too. One one hand the LSW and Sniper should be hard to get ammo for, on the other Hunting rifle is the low tech sniper rifle. New ammo for the Hunting Rifle seems to be the obvious answer.

AR is meant to be the option to give you the most flexability. You won't snipe as well as a sniper or burst as well as a burster, but you have access to both modes when the situation demands it.

Hunting rifle should just be easy to get and maintain.

Yes, it was widely used both in F2 - slavers as it was in Fonline before, but now its just crazies. Ok I agree its powerfull but maybe could be made in 2 wariants? .223 that you get from ghouls and some cheaper 10mm PA version? the 2nd would have lesser damage because all of a sudden every would hunt with them. Something needs to be changed hehe wasteland changed to a western a bit :p (at least in low tier weapons)
