Locking cow pen fence doors

Pretty simple, with the cows at bases currently being suicidal and attacking everyone that ever shot them, I suggest you to be able to lock the fence gate. We currently use a merc to block the entrance. but a lock would be far easier.

Ganado:
Cows couldn't open gates pre-wipe, I guess they changed it to just annoy us a bit. Cows must have grown opposable thumbs or something now ever since the wipe.

But yes I agree with this.
