BoS shooting me.

Ganado:
When I was near one of the blocks near the base for the BoS, I had my weapon equipped while traveling, and when I randomly encountered a Brotherhood guard patrol, they told me to immediately put my gun away as soon as the area loaded, and they only gave me literally one or two seconds to put away my weapon, and I did not have a quick enough reaction time, so they shot me.  :o

Is there a way to make it so they give you more time to put your weapon away before opening fire on you? Thanks.

There is nothing you can do if they spawn too close to you for now- I had kill fewcaravanas like that couse they spawned too clsoe to my and my karma in towns went down.

Thanks, I guess I'll just not go anywhere near their base when traveling.

While hunting for geckos, me and my wife went to the bos area.  Since my karma levels are -200 to -500, i decided to go to the base first,  to see if they would shoot me.  They didnt..
So we went on cruising around the base, when we got a random encounter with only a bos patrol.  "No worries", i told the wife...
They splattered us to bits and took our p90's, sniper rifle and .223 pistols.  I have karma levels going from -500 to -200, my wife had overal neutral karma.
Could have been lag or a messed up karma system.  Maybee both.

I guess it's better to try to hunt Geckos in the north east of NCR. Also we are on it to fix the stuff with uber-cool BoS guards and other encounters.
