Remove special crafting requirements for MFC and 7.62

Although EW are fairly useful they are still garbage compared to the lsw(90% dmg resist and too short range), m60 and fal are just completely useless due to how bad/hard to craft the ammo is. I don't see why it's hard to craft shittier ammo when .223 is by far the best ammo type and is tier 1. Having to join raiders or whatever npc faction to use the special bench screws up your rep and insn't worth the ability to craft this ammo. Even without the annoyance of using these special benches/unique crafting locations i doubt people would start using them more as they just can't compete with "lower level" weapons.
