City on island.

What this city on island means? and how to get there? Don't find anything in wiki about it.

Solar:
It will have been for an event, you can get there by taking part in any future event that may take place there.

Imprezobus:
well, actually having a city, which would need water transport would give a nice taste to fonline

Izual:
That city is San Francisco, I used it yesterday for D-Day event (that's where players had to get aboard the boats), and it'll be used in the future too (If it wasn't needed anymore I would already have deleted it) =)
