Hello, whats the karma level I need to have to become protected by the guards in NCR?

2. I have 2 reputation lines concerning NCR: "New California Republic" and "Free Go Traders". Which one of them I need to have high or both of them? If I have just Free Go Traders will they guard me near the trader on the bottom?

I mean, when somebody steals from me, what karma should I have for guards to shoot the thieves that steal from me

They will never shoot a player, only because he is a thief.
Guards will shoot player only if:
He attacked a protected person.
He attacked a NPC.
He has reputation with current town -1500 or lower.
He activated dynamite infront of guards.
He steals from NPC.
He is in hostile for town NPC faction (Raiders, Enclave).


Btw, you can put this in suggestion board if you want:
Make guards shoot at a thief who stole from you and failed spot check to guards, if your reputation with current town 900+.
