i geusse that meeting people in-game might be a better Idea but I'm just thinking of how. I wanted to level a bit, so I looked up the noobie guide and it referenced alot of cities, and I wanted a group before going out into the harsh unforgiving world that fallout 1 & 2 were famous for

The biggest town (by population) by far is NCR, usually a good place to start.
