Pandemon:
Centaurs, Floaters and Aliens. Other way - Raiders near BH.

VongJin:
crntaurs and floaters, 8-10. shoots 6-8k exp

Quentin Lang:
Teamgrinding with centaurs, floaters, sometimes aliens. Especially with snipers/instakillers. With bursters usually molerats and geckos.

Are centaurs soloable?

I'm lvl 15 sniper...

Of course. Especially if you do instakills. Its alot slower while soloing, but you still can do it. In RT of course.
