NPC respawn time

Just want to know what the respawn time for NPC:s are, or do they differ from npc to npc. Just feels good to know since they tend to get killed and I'm currently waiting for one to respawn :/.
(did a fast search, but damn is it hard to find anything  there ::))

Sha Enin respawns damned fast, I coming from respawn point and he is alive again!
Ralph at Fortress is dead for long if I kill him, the same about Buster and Iguana guy. So it's around 2-3 hours, and some minutes for Sha Enin.
