TC , mayor and other PNC dying

The actual TC is very exployable, gang may bring a non factioned friend to kill mayor and be safe from other gang triyng to stop the countdown

so why don' t make the TC start by a computer terminal

Advantage : can't be killed, can't be moved

Another idea for flavor : actual TC is going, talk to a pnc then go away and maybe await on world map with a scout in the city to see if some other gang come to dispute. If citizien die you don't care. This is very unrealistic, if some pk kill all the population of the city you still get resources from the city.
More beatiful [imho] would be if your share of resources be reduced with the % of PNC Dead. You are paid to protect the town, if people die less hands to collect resources, less resources for you.

Some gang have said that ncr must have a pc driven police, why don't try to be a police force in the north, only for protect pnc, you may still kill any pc, they are outsider ;)
If you get resource for protect city, the game will be more interesting , you must care for pc not in faction too (and probably kill them, or talking with them )

Not so bad idea, but hell, talking to a computer to take control of Klamath? WTF? Too much HRP for me.

Cool, like that NPC will ALWAYS be dead because of other gang and TC will be even more useless as now because you won't gain anything.

Kilgore:
Taking city by using a terminal? Naaah. Make TC NPC respawn very frequently. Or... implementing "king of the hill" would do the job.
