You should really lend him an ear or two, he's pretty much the "founder" of ambient music and a big "inspiration" for Fallout Soundtracks composer Mark Morgan too. ;)

i can hear how it influenced the music of fallout for sure. i always loved the soundtracks to fallout 1&2. i used to make ambient music that was inspired a little by them. it was wastelandish. with chill winds blowing, dooms day sirens sounding off in the distance. into a dark, tranquil atmosphere. i'd put it up on the forum but i lost it all years ago when my PC fried out :(
