And I don't see a base and have an armor on me, but have skin of bluesuiter, but BoS patrols want to kill me (resigned BoS faction few minutes before update), so it's half-rollback on only items, bases, etc.

rollback is huger then huge, hope it will gets fixed, these things are demotivating a lot :>
