NOT exploiting weak AI is a sin in a beta-test because until it is improved to the point that they are not exploited is how you will know when you are finished with that part of the game and can move on.  Making gaurds unlootable, a good solution, but only temporary, because if you can't be a raider to towns how IS this fallout?  When the AI can defend themselves make the gaurds lootable but until then I guess we'll just have to wait.  But I am glad you made citizens in other cities lootable, like in Den [insert devil smiley].  So it isn't all bad, just not in gaurded towns.  Oh, and you can loot anything but the militia at den even the gaurds in shops are lootable.  Just explore a little.

Agree with Michaelh139. I'm suggesting to make them lootable after you improve the AI.

Solar:
They can be lootable as soon as they can ruthlessly crush almost all player efforts to kill them. At which point its a moot point if they can be looted or not.

I find it unlikely that that massive task will be moved to the head of the queue simply so that guards can be lootable (which is thoroughly unimportant).
