Lose reputation to laggy blocking? Seriously?

So i lose 100 reputation due to the evil act of blocking in NCR.. because of lag no less.

But even if it wasnt because of lag... Why in gods name do i have to lose reputation??? My character is (in my opinion) ruined because i stood in a doorway?

Is there anything i can do short of being a whiny bitch about a terrible design decision?

had same problem dude :( i had 11 level and for 20 seconds i blocked doorway in ncr same then i have : blocking and all kill me in ncr so must start again with new character :(
I think admins should change : blocking things. I agree to have bad reputation for steal or killing others but for blocking not should be : blocking but just -100 reputation for each block

I have -1600 karma in ncr and cant get back in without getting shot. how do i sort this?
