Run and Shoot

LagMaster:
i was running from raiders,and i have quester they have directly to run towards me that to shot
but players have to walk till they are in range of shoting:melle caracters know this

so i sugest that players to run till they get in range,or to press shift wile aiming to run till in range
and please,add this be4 the next wipe
